Mice in Windows XP....

Can someone point me in the right direction to find this program. Also having lag problems in some games with my Intellimouse Explorer 4.0

Could you please email me the link to that software that unlocks the usb rate please?

EDIT: I have a razor copperhead, with the razer software automatically have this tweak installed, because how you can change the polling rate on the mouse?
