Micro ATX board AMD or intel

Im looking to build a HTPC Infact I have one...but its very noisy, im using an old shuttle.)

I have an AMD 6400x2 or a Intel C2D e6700 to use as CPU and i can scrounge everything else but i will need a new mobo, What can people suggest?

Do you need HDMI or SPDIF?

I bought the Gigabyte GA-G41M ES2L (I think it was) from OCUK.

Under 40 quid. I was always going to just use the VGA output to connect to a projector and then made my own SPDIF connector to stream digital sounds into my amp.

I did put a separate GPU in there but ended up taking it out as the onboard X4500 graphics were good enough for my needs so I just took the GPU out to reduce noise, heat and energy consumption.

Excellent board for the money.

I have a separate GPU with HDMI out that will do the job nicely ill have a look at that board!
