Does anyone have any advice on how to get somewhere with this
My lads Microsoft account was hacked a few weeks ago and we can't seem to get anywhere or contact anyone at Microsoft, they have changed his email address so can no longer sign in it just says the account does not exist, we can't seem to contact anyone at Microsoft, and all his games are on the account
if we search for the account it says it is associated with a dodgy looking email, but just sends the access codes to that email.
