some of the stuff he does, like his tinkering in crywhyengine would certainly benefit from more cores :D

Like floppy has said he uses tryengine a lot as well as unrealengine plus 3dsmax ect , ya know the sort of things that more cores gives definite advantages.

Yea. No idea why then. Well maybe £. But still that does not expel the 5700 :p
 
I hate the waiting game as I skip a generation or two with GPUs. I'm after the best bang for buck that can do DX12_2 next round and there's nothing to satisfy my shiny lust at the mo that's worth it

I wonder how he is feeling now he has seen what nvidia just revealed. AMD will likely match or provide even better price for performance making his decision to go 5700 even worse. Lol. I told him at the time, wait...:p
