Maybe I'm being naive, but why would you need to be dressed smartly if you're going on a course? I've been to a Global Knowledge (IT training courses -- MS/Cisco/etc) and everyone apart from the lecturers I've ever seen there were all dressed casually. Is this not the same kind of thing? (Again, maybe I'm just being naive and it is in fact something completely different).

It's like right around the corner from the station if I remember correctly, there's a free bus which goes there...I think.Google says its a half hour walk from me. If I didn't have lectures or a group project to be getting on with I would give it a visit.
I'm here!

I'm thinking of smart jeans with a shirt and maybe a suit jacket?
Everytime I've been to the campus at Reading, and I've been loads, I've taken an iPad and an iPhone. Comedy gold (or not).
Oh and as for the OP I've always gone in either smart jeans and a shirt or trousers and a shirt.
I'm off to see Balmer do a speech in London in November. I'm taking a chair to throw at him.
I work in the same Business Park. Nearest shop is miles away. Just so you know.
Where do you work? I've been to the Oracle offices a fair few times.
