I have just gotten off the phone with Microsoft, they have to be the most helpful people around! I ordered a Genuine advantage Key on the web which was given to me via email, they then sent a DVD and Genuine advantage sticker to me but it was delivered to the wrong address. They offered to deactivate that code and resend vista. I asked if they could change the order to windows 7 and they said they were not able to do it.

They did however offer me a full refund for the copy of Vista so that I can purchase windows 7 Elsewhere, even though I have been using the copy of Vista for over a month!

Bravo Microsoft :)

P.S OcUK just got a Win 7 sale ;)
 
MS CS is excellent all round, have logged a few calls with on hardware over the past few years and they've been nothing but fantastic.
 
There was a time when my Microsoft IntelliMouse would pack up every year or so (the scroll wheel wouldn't turn properly).

They would always dispatch a new one free of charge on next-day delivery...
