Microsoft Event at GC Liveblog

Fable 2 left me frustrated, there were so many things which annoyed me about that game, but I enjoyed myself. If Fable 3 is much of the same I'll be dissapointed.

The main things were the fact that you couldn't really die, how stupid!?!
The other, was all the fast travelling. I wanted Oblivion like landscapes to explore and stuff.

I am at this very moment playing through Fable II, it's good, very good in fact, but i can't help but feel disappointed that all these so called social interactions are shallow and ultimately annoying. I mean, meeting a girl, getting married and having a child in less than half an hour? That's even shallower than the sims.

For me the expressions was a let down. As a general rule you can just rinse and repeat expressions to increase/decrease people's feelings very quickly. It is funny for a while but tedious later.

But on the whole the game was soo much fun. I like the setting and storyline a lot.

Agreeed on the expression front, i found that dancing seemed to please everyone better than the majority of default expressions so just spammed that in every town until they all loved me. Silly really. Oh and, it ain't half easy to make men gay for your hero in this, all you have to do is dance a few times and flirt with a nearby woman, not even with them, and they suddenly decide they're sausage lovers?

I never experiment with homosexuality, offline or online. Each to their own.

Wow i was dissapointed with the Sony offering, but this is just terrible? Hopefully both companies come out much stronger in Tokyo next month.
