Hey Guys,
I got a big problem here with outlook
Whenever I click the dekstop shortcut the application opens up in full screen but a error window pops up saying the following:
Microsoft outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you were in the middle of something, the information you we were working on might be lost.
(a check box already ticked is shown which says restart microsoft outlook)
Please tell microsoft about this problem
We have created an error report that you can send to us to help improve Microsoft Outlook. we will treat this report as confidential and anonymous.
To see what data this error report contains, click here
Then there are two tabs 'send error report' and 'don't send'
Now here's the thing, I un check restart microsoft outlook and then press 'don't send' and I then re click on the shortcut on my desktop. Instead of openeing normally again I am greeted by this error message. This time I look at the data of the error report. Then I press 'Send error report' it sends the error to microsoft's server and then I tells me of how I click here to go to microsoft's update page I go there and install active x and then am able to download the update. All goes well and then I try again getting into outlook and I still get this error. I don't know what to do, I really want to look at my emails.
I think it's just a corruption, I was thinking of uninstalling outlook and reinstalling but before I do that I would need to make a saved copy of all my emails. If I do that will it save all my emails which has attachments such as pdf, word and images?
How can I save the emails, where are they located on the PC?
Please help me if there is an easier way even
