Hi all
Sadly I had a faulty refurbished Xbox series S bought direct from Microsoft that I had to send back, I logged request via my MS account it then emailed me label which was all good, I sent off and UPS said it was delivered 2 weeks ago...but on my MS account it just says "Return in progress" "Return label expired" .... Only option is to contact support but that brings you round in circles.... I managed to speak to someone from Xbox team on chat but was pretty useless and clearly did not have access to my account and just said to wait for 21 days but felt like he did not understand question...
Anyway anyone done a MS hardware return and knows how long it takes or knows how to actually speak to someone?
