Probably wants to not say hello but instead goodbye though :p

I use it as it also forms part of my passkey ecosystem I've started to build up with sites/forums/apps etc now.
 
I was having the Virus Protection turned off notification but am hoping the latest update has corrected it, will have to wait and see. It's a well reported bug so it hopefully shouldn't be long before MS squashes it.

Just checked my update history and only 2 of them are showing.

KB5124008 & KB5126052 installed, the others are not there. :confused:

EDIT

Found them under Definition Updates and Other Updates. :p

Just turned my desktop PC on after work and still getting the alert to say that the AV is disabled when its not and when checking there is no updates waiting
 
Sept update screwed bitlocker :

"An unexpected error was encountered attempting to retrieve the BitLocker volume master key during restart."

Plenty of similar stories online, but that's it for me, Windows is getting removed from all my machines. Life's too short to deal with MS ******* things up every month!

Trying to figure out if you can stop Edge from launching when you web search, not sure how yet.
 
I did some Windows updates last week and now my PC seems to just randomly turn itself off regardless of it being under load or just web browsing, not sure if its time for a reinstall or a new PSU...

Increasingly higher chance of an issue which has a significant impact on the end user's PC while having limited options to avoid it short of wholesale stopping Windows Update...

The latest Windows Insider email is amusing and tragic - the developers are so out of touch and pushing their own BS/what they want to hear as what people are "really" saying and/or only listening to sycophants.
