Press F1 to Resume" If I press F1 nothing happens. I've tried getting to the BIOS setting but nothing happens.

I have a Q6600 on a ASUS P5K Deluxe mobo. Edit After about 5 mins it came up with the Vista installation menu. It is VERY slow though. What order should I be booting from?
