I used everything the same as you showed except i had ambient occlusion on ultra not high. (Yes i have the ultra texture pack downloaded and set)

I agree that minimum is horrid however game play is liquid smooth so i'm not sure what it is.

Also no i wasn't aware there is a crossfire workaround, can you elaborate more on that?

also did a second test and it seems the low frame is right at the start of the bench - also slightly better results on round 2

just go to ShadowOfMordor\game\interface\videos\ and delete:

entire legal folder
intro.vib
nvidia_splash.vib
WBPlay.vib

This game is a real killer on memory. 1440P Ultra with 980 (4GB) and HD pack is doable but with Tri SLI it topples and performance drops off. This may be the SLI profile I'm using though.

AO on Ultra is a performance killer as well, least on single card

Seems setting the correct SLI bits has improved SLI performance and I can run Ultra textures ok at 1440p :)
 
Min/Max seem to be all over the place.

Anyway, settings all maxed as per the OP @1600p. Dual Titan BE's.

VRAM used was around 5GB.
 
Was this game designed with a hamster wheel, I don't get gains/losses in FPS at all anymore. Crossfire with 295x2 only giving a gain of 10 fps over just 1 card. Amazing >:C Another bad port D:
