Okay I have to pretty much make a 21 second midi file using 3 different sound effects e.g. echo, phasing.
I have no idea what that means, and I have trawled though a ton of software,
trying to make some tunes and apply sound effects to them, does anybody
know a simple (free) program that can do this.
Been messing around with fruity loops but that thing is all over the place,
and its a demo.
So pretty much looking for some advice on MIDI and some decent free software.
