Midjourney - AI art

How cute is this one? See, I am not *all* scantily clad elven warriors and Xenomorphs. Although admittedly that does form about 95% of my time spent on Bing Image Creator...

Can still get the odd one through though...

The list of prohibited content on the bing generator is expanding so ambiguously huge it's basically blocking 90% of the art (garbage) I'm trying to get it to do. /Sadface

I'm not familiar with Bing or other online AI tools, but is there a definitive list of ban-words? If there isn't, then does Bing at least tell you what word stopped your query going ahead? If it doesn't even tell you that and just gives you a generic error message, then that looks like hard work to me.

At least on this forum, if a mod deletes a post, they'll normally tell you why it was deleted.

There's now a list of guidelines paragraphs one for sex, violence, bullying, all a lot of stupid things that can be offensive to "Somone"

If you look at the junk I was doing with space marines fighting cats, I don't think that's possible anymore I'll try later.

Yes you get a generic error message and a link to the guidelines when it censors something.

It's slowly getting pretty naff. This is only the bing free version. I hope a paid one let's you get as creative as you are weird.

It still lets you do what I assume is copyright material which seems odd.

Maybe it's a push to get people to paid service. I just think it's very funny. When the fad is over I'll be sad.

Edit

Well it just generated one that yesterday it was denying on bad subject matter. I guess they are tweaking it all the time and/or during peak hours it's aggressive at denying stuff to balance load.

Thanks @Efour

I find that really annoying (on your behalf) that the goalposts keep changing. I don't think there is anything wrong with the term "scantily clad" as that's heading towards PG13, something that you would see in a magazine aimed at teenagers. The pictures got posted in this thread and it seems the mods don't have a problem with them as they're still up now. So really, Bing shouldn't have a problem with it either as it will let you search for bikini babe images etc.

I thought i already replied to this one but yeah websites all over the web are locking down AI very tightly now to the point it's going to stifle their usefulness. Local AI for the win, I'm building a new cutting edge rig for local AI generation with a 14700K and a 4090

There was recently some "moral outrage" about AI being used to generate so-called "child porn". I say so-called because the "evidence" presented, apart from being works of fiction, looked more like characters from Second Life meets Metaverse meets Nintendo Wii avatars. (These people clearly never saw Second Life as it would blow their minds..)

But I guess now we've had the "Oh noes, porn! Think of the AI children!" rabble, we can't be having anything but the most wholesome images coming from AI any more.

Of the few phrases I tried recently, "sexy", "risque", and even "seductive" were blocked words. And you don't get many warnings before being banned from using the service.
