Midnight snacks

Squatting at midnight is not beneficial, it is well known that 4-6pm is the optimal time for your body to be doing physical activity. Around mid night my muscles are busy rebuilding and thus require extra nutrients, breaking them down further by doing squats would be a massive hindrance.

However I do like to start the morning off with some body weight squats.
 
I tend to always have weird mixes of food around midnight, no idea why.
My latest is rice, all mixed up with grated cheese and mayonnaise. So nice. :cool:

What do other people have at this time?

That's something special - rice, grated cheese and mayonnaise. I really couldn't think of anything worse for a midnight snack, or even any meal/snack :p

I usually have crackers & cheese / Marmite toasties :D

There is something about cheese that always go down well. Maybe cause it's the easiest thing to make which tastes good.

Other then that TUNA has got to be up there. Oh, and jam and toast!
 
Speaking of this, do you butter the toast before adding jam because I personally think this is sick!

How else are you supposed to do it? Bread/toast without butter sucks! :p

Ultimate:
My Mum's crackers with Edam cheese followed by 2 Marmite toasties and some orange juice. Mmmm
