Midr-range, quiet graphics card

I have had an OcUK Value x1950 512MB for a while now and think it is time to upgrade.
Could someone recommend me a new card that runs very quietly or silently on idle and not too loud on max. I don't need enormous performance, just something mid-range. Ideally I'd like something sub-£100 but I've been out of the loop for a year and don't know what you can get nowadays for that price!
