Midweek Football 21/22 /10/2008 **Spoilers**

Thanks for the replies. I find ITV's quality bad regardless if it is 4:3 or 16:9
(ITV is fine, picture is the whole screen I believe that is 16:9, ITV4 borders each side)

Anyway

Come on the Gunners :)

Be nice if celtic tried to play rather than hiding behind the ball.

They dont have the either the strength or ability to sit back and try and deal with the kind of passing moves the front 4 of united can put together, I would have thought Strachen would have taken one look at that pony defence of Uniteds and just said "get after them" as chances are they would be more likely to get a result rather than hoping one of them manages to fall over inside Nakamura's shooting range.

I'm hoping they come out and give it a go.

Yea I remember when he still had a terrestrial box and caught the matches on ITV4. They reduced it to a piddly little square in the centre (ish) of the screen. Not very fun.

Odd, Sky is setup for 16:9, yest I still have the borders on that stupid channel. Just checked again it's only occurring when the football is showing, in the studio its fine.

Just caught Walcott's goal, how tight was that angle :)

3 of Celtic's 4 first team strikers are currently injured. They are all out of options. Attacking wise, they could bring on an U19 striker (Sheridan) to replace McDonald. Maloney (a winger) could also make an appearance at some stage. Celtic are really down to the bare bones team wise at the moment, and they don't have the strength in depth that United have.
