Miele HEPA 5280 - Does it have Mini TurboBrush/TurboBrush Question

Am buying the above Vacuum although am not sure if it comes with the mini turbo brush.

Their site says no, but ive heard some people say they got one with their hoover.

Is the normal TurboBrush OK for cleaning stairs/Furniture etc?
