Might as well get this problem figured out..

What mobo?

Seen in the past reports of P67/Z68 boards doing this, solved with a BIOS update.

I need to get around to putting my spec in to my sig.

I have a EP45-DS3P (Which I believe is a good motherboard! - for 775 at least)

Being a Beta Bios there maybe no support if it goes wrong, try the F8 first, see what happens, then if its still happening, try the other one despite there being no description of what it does.

Weird..

When I used the flash option it gave me an option to select a disk, and it said "No disk drives found" :\

Can you use the @BIOS utility?

Download the BIOS and select "update from file" I think and point it to the file. But being an old board you may have to do it the hard way.

Just downloaded Easytune 6, haha I'm surprised I didn't hear of this before for my mobo, allows me to edit FSB/Voltages and how my fan should work

Edit: Fixed! Thank you.
