Migrating to Raid 5, can I continue as normal?

I got another 500gb drive as Raid 0 was starting to make me nervous I have to admit. Its currently migrating to Raid 5, can I just go on as normal - restarting the machine, switching it off and playing games.

I suspect it will look after itself as it's just the parity stuff on the drive, right?

I think it should be ok so I'm going to shut down and re-assemble my machine. Hopefully it will continue from where it left off.

Just for reference, you can continue as normal whilst migrating - it will carry on whenever you're in Windows.

Also, don't believe it when it says 5 hours to migrate... Mine says another 80 hours to go and it's been going for over a day already... bah.
