Migration problem-need advice

My m8s recently canceled with Pipex service and gone with UKonline 1meg service, hes given the MAC code and they have already taken the activation fee and one months but hes still not online even after 3 weeks since being turned Live(on)

4 emails to Ukonline has been replied back with "Were forwarding your request to the tech department"

And when we have got UKonline on the phone and asked why were not connected they just say its an "admin" issue with BT and that they have Emailed them with the highest prioirty request.

Phoned them again yesterday and they said we dont email BT even?

Is there anything to say or to do or contact to get any result?
