Also, I wondered why they made labels so stupidly simple and after reading this I can see why!
They tend to sell specially designed jug type things you put the bags in. then Pierce/cut a hole in it and your away.

Milk in bags - we bought a 'Jug-it' from Waitrose that has a gizmo to pierce the bag after it has been locked in by the lid.
Whole milk has about 5% fat content, semi skimmed is about 2%.
It's a bit like the meat content in one of those disgusting Pepperami sausage things, which is about 115%. It doesn't relate to the end product.

the same as beef jerkey were it takes more meat to make the product than the end product actually contains
The Sainsbury's in Stratford do it too.
