Anybody know where I can buy a mince pie baking tray in store?
My two options are either too deep or too shallow.

It is not possible to make a mince pie that is too deep. Bigger the better!.
Silicone then...Use yorkshire pudding tins ?
One thing I've found with silicone trays is that it's harder to get the pastry crunchy on the bottom. Has anyone found a workaround for this?
I do have cast iron baking stones in the oven too but I guess with the silicone trays I've been a bit paranoid about heating them up quite as much as normal. I should probably just try that.
