Go on google account/make one, turn off instant search. It's a pain in the ass when people insist on making unnecessary changes but I guess that's just progression.

you need to physically go to google, rather than using the web address bar. i know it works in chrome because i have chrome and it worked for me

click the cog in the top right, search settings, do not use google instant.
(you dont have to be signed in to do this)

i was looking for something else, then found this:
search for google4, click im feeling lucky, you get 1337 google (its a pretty pathetic attempt at being 1337 though

what i was actually looking for was www.googlegooglegooglegoogle.co.uk but its been ruined by adverts, as has another copycat version of it, www.googlegooglegooglegoogle.com/br (which isnt working either)

Turn it off in preferences at the top right

FOR PEOPLE WITH INSTANT SEARCH:

If you mouse over an instant search result on the right it says "I'm feeling lucky" No need to turn anything off
