Hi guys,
I bought a Minecraft for Windows 10 for my daughter who has a Windows 10 Pro Laptop.
I redeemed the code under her Microsoft account at work today and went to install it this evening. In the Store it has £22.99 greyed out, rather than owned and if you click on purchases for her account its acknowledge its been bought..
If I click on Install the following error occurs:
Minecraft for Windows 10 Sorry – there’s a problem getting this info. Refresh the page, and we’ll try again.
Anyone any ideas? Seems a lot have the issue but no fix anywhere..Same error on my Laptop too.
