Mini build.....Onboard GPU......Which CPU / Mobo

I've just swapped mine over into an MSI A88XI AC V2, and it seems like a pretty decent board given how cheap it is, BUT, no manual CPU voltage control! :'(
I don't run this CPU overclocked, apart from the graphics though, so not a huge deal. I'd have liked to set it lower than the stock voltage though, as I know it's happier at far lower.

I feel like I should have went the extra few £'s for the Gigabyte.

Well, after all that i have just been given a 2nd hand Antec 300 case! I used to own one years ago too! My friend was getting rid and it is in superb condition. Problem is, i only have an SSD to go in it now! lol.

Been looking at ITX but something is telling me to go back to Micro ATX. The above case would be good for that.

My friend has also said he has a GPU i can have but still waiting to find out what it is so i will leave this part of the forum and post elsewhere as ITX looks to be just a distant dream now! lol

Usually, I'm all in favour of re-using old hardware instead of buying new ones and scrapping the old ones, but unless the "ITX" part was just an afterthought, I wouldn't let the fact that someone donated me a second-hand £40 case ruin my dream of an ITX system.

Furthermore, have you already told your wife about this? If it really is the 205x458x465mm case(*) we're talking about (which is 7x bigger than the Streacom FC8 Alpha, for example), and it's supposed to be in the kitchen, then I don't think the missus will be very happy about it.

(*): If the Antec 300 we're talking about really is THIS, then be aware that it's indeed a standard size ATX case, not micro ATX.
