Mini .dmp files

What program do you open these in? As I just got a BSOD and it made one of these files which I would like to know what caused the BSOD.

Visual Studio opens them i believe

I can only find the link to Visual Basic from the MS site. Am I missing something?

Also, the tool that is provided by MS, doesn't work. It flashes up a MS DOS app and closes instantly.
