Has anyone had any issues with Graphic cards and the mini ITX motherboards.

I have been looking at the ASUS Z87I-PRO and MAXIMUS VI IMPACT and was planning on getting myself a GTX 770 but not too sure if it will fit or just hang of the side as the PCI express slot is close to the edge.

As most graphic cards are two slot wide, they will hang over edge the PCI Express runs along.

Providing you pick a case with at least two PCI slots on back panel you will be fine. Unless you fancy cutting bits of metal away.

They will all hang over, but most good M-ITX cases, such as the Cooler Master 120/130 allows for dual slot cards so there shouldnt be a problem. Just make sure to check beforehand.

Graphics card size with ITX is dictated more by case size rather than motherboard. As long as it's got a proper PCIe x16 slot you'll be fine. The case you buy will support the card and hold it firm in it's slot.
