Mini ITX 'upgrade'?

I really fancy moving to mini-ITX and one of the Bitfenix mini ITX cases.

I currently have the spec below in a NZXT lexa Blackline which I'd be selling, taking the CPU, Video card and possibly PSU, (Does the bitfenix mini ITX case use a standard ATX PSU?) and if I were to do this is the below all i would need? am i missing out on something obvious? not convinced about the cooler, would my Gelid Tranquillo fit? it's massive!

Would carry over my SSD and 1Tb drive and I have windows 7 retail to install.

ya atx psu that are 160mm depth or less should fit the prodigy fine
the tranquillo fits in the prodigy, but (probably) not the board as the cpu socket is too close to the pci-e slot, if you want high performance cooling, either get an all-in-one or get the p8z77-i deluxe

The gelid tranquillo will fit no problem height wise, it will sit close to the GPU though down to the lay out of the mobo. I used the Gelid RAM as it's cheaper and ties in with the colour of the mobo.

See what happens with the Gelid, you get free delivery so worst case you use the stock heatsink for a bit whilst you decide on a better cooler ;)
 
Actually thinking about it my PSU isn't modular so I'd think a modular one around 600W would be good for any future upgrades. Any suggestions? Nothing too expensive!
