Mini review of the Powercolor R9 270X Devil

PapaLazaru, how do you rate the card now that you've had the chance to live with it for a few weeks?
 
Also, the MSI Radeon R9 270X Gaming Edition OC 4096MB is available for for the same sort of money.
Is the extra ram a better bet than the factory overclock given the amount of the ram available on the new-gen consoles?

More ram on the same GPU for the same or a few £ more is always worth it, you can always overclock it yourself

2GB is starting to become a limiting factor, even i find that on a 7870XT.
 
These were £158?!
I thought the £5 reduction to £170 was good but these have gone up in price too
 
Can you swap those red parts of the cooler around so that the word Devil isn't visible through a case window?

Are you able to under / over-volt it in MSI AB?

I have a Powercolor Tahiti LE which has a voltage BIOS lock to their Power Up Tuner. so i'm wondering if they still do that.
