Mini USB3 stick

Looking for a mini (like a little stub that sticks out) usb memory stick which is USB3. There are some SanDisk (SDCZ33-016G-B35) sticks available but they are USB2 and I would preferably like the increased speed.

Any help would be appreciated guys

I saw that a mini usb 3.0 drive was announced on Computex.

I've got an Integral Fusion usb3 stick, it's faster than usb2 but not lightning fast.
