Mining PSU question

I'm building a mining rig and need to clairfy a point.

I have molex powered PCIe risers and GPUs requiring 1 8pin PCIe connection (1070s).

My plan was to have a single cable doing each riser and a single cable doing each GPU.

But the PSUs specs weren't clear and when it said 8 molex what it meant was 4 per cable from the modular PSU.

Now the last thing I want to do is to overload any cables. So is the following safe (each line represents a modular cable from the PSU):

PSU cable 1-----------Molex to riser 1------------Molex to riser 2 (3rd and 4th molex connector not used)
PSU cable 2-----------Molex to riser 3------------Molex to riser 4 (3rd and 4th molex connector not used)
PSU cable 3-----------8pin PCIe to GPU 1------------8pin PCIe to GPU 2
PSU cable 4-----------8pin PCIe to GPU 3------------8pin PCIe to GPU 4

I Would like to know this myself.

I am currently building a rig with 3 x 1070ti and getting the correct PSU/config has proven the hardest part to get clarity on.
So at present I have a Corsair 850w and plan to do this:

PSU cable 1-----------Molex to riser 1-----------------Molex to riser 2
PSU cable 2-----------Molex to riser 3-----------------Molex to Motherboard
PSU cable 3-----------8pin PCIe to GPU 1-------------8pin PCIe to GPU 2
PSU cable 4-----------8pin PCIe to GPU 3

PSU 1 cable 2-----------8pin PCIe to riser 3------------8pin PCIe to riser 4
PSU 1 cable 3-----------8pin PCIe to GPU 1------------8pin PCIe to GPU 2
PSU 1 cable 4-----------8pin PCIe to GPU 3------------8pin PCIe to GPU 4

PSU 2 cable 1-----------8pin PCIe to riser 5------------8pin PCIe to riser 6
PSU 2 cable 2-----------8pin PCIe to riser 7------------8pin PCIe to riser 8
PSU 2 cable 3-----------8pin PCIe to GPU 5------------8pin PCIe to GPU 6

Al working fine PSUs are connected together using the OcUK dual PSU adaptor that has two ATX-24 connectors with a pair of wires to cause the slave PSU to start up when the master one does..
