Posting this from my NC10 with Mint 10 installed. Very good so far, particularly impressed with the power management on battery, better than most distros ive tried.
I've been having problems with it and cant find answers
Installed it every night for the last four night but everytime i switch it on in the morning i get errors. This morning it couldnt find my /home partition, yesterday it said my CPU was faulty.
I've downloaded it twice incase it was a CD. Ubuntu is running great
What it is, i have downloaded the DVD 64bit version, It took 2 goes to get it loaded in VT Mode state, after It loaded it was not too bad. Then, I tried to expand the deskktop size of Mint 10, and got this error message: "Detected unsupported AMD64 environment". My system specks are: AMD Athlon 11 x2 240 2.8GHz, 500GB HD. Could Mint 10, not like my CPU, anybody any ideas. Thanks
Got the 32 bit DVD version to work with no problems, apart from the image below, but it's not giving me no problems. My CPU is 64bit enabled, can't see where the problem is.
