Ireland finally has a purpose!

Gone from 30KB/s up to 505Kb/s. That's 25KB/s more than I get downloading from anywhere else!

I got it for free back with the glitch on EA store, but I wouldn't hesitate to pay the £3 for it now. It's quite a nice break from the usual gaming experience we have on the PC.

finished this game a while back,its worth every penny...i loved it...disabling physx can make it run better on some pc's...be aware of this incase you suffer extreme slowdown..it happened to me...at one point it slowed down to about 10fps! so i disabled physx and i was back up to a constant 60fps

I got full speed d/l from the aussie servers

Controls seem very fiddly, think I might need to try it with a gamepad. Looks ace though & music is good. Runs perfectly everything on max at 1920 x 1200 on my GTX275.

Ireland gave me speeds of 1.1mb/s compared to the uk server where i got speeds of only 40 kb/s

Yeah i agree, cant get past the third level. Still i say its well worth the money, just to experiance a different type of game. And i bought mine for £12!!

Always liked the look of this but the reviews at the time didn't convince me to buy it at full price, plus was playing other games, so it went on the 'possible buy if cheap' list. And I think three quid and change is def cheap enough.

Bought it last night and left it downloading, so was done when I got up this morning. Not played it yet but a quick Q for those that have. k/b+m or 360 controller for this one?
My choice is...
22" w/s 1680x1050 with k/b+m.
or
40" w/s 1920x1080 with 360 pad.

That's assuming performance is up to it. Normally I'd say FPS and use mouse but this seems more of a platform game that happens to be first person, and possibly designed with a console pad in mind. So I am thinking play it on the TV and kick back with the pad?

My opinion on this game - was worth even for 19.99 €, but damn, this games redefines the meaning of frustration.

Yeah Physx just made my PC crash a lot as well as slow it down. Didn't see much difference with it off either.
