Misfits on E4

This series has been pretty decent. Not as good as some of the older ones maybe but its still pretty consistent.

This weeks episode ended on a bit of a sad event!
 
How is this shaping up? I haven't seen any of the new series yet.

I watched 1,2 (with Nathan) and then 3 with the new guy, so this must be 4? To be honest 3 had started to lose it a bit, hence I haven't been too arsed with 4.

Worth catching up?
 
Hmm, it's not bad, I don't want to spoil it too much for anyone though but the next episode will be interesting, they'll probably introduce a new character now. I think the first two series were the best though.

This show isn't even good any longer. I'm probably going to watch the season out and then leave it. Not one original cast member and quite frankly all the new cast are half as interesting as the originals. There's no big plotline any more, no decent powers, it's all just grimey London chav nonsense now really.

It almost feels like a season of filler episodes (sit-com style) and isn't anywhere near as good as the 1st 2 seasons so I can't see them making
another one.
 
I don't like the characters as much this time round (apart from Joseph Gilgun) but i'm still enjoying it.
 
This show has no right being any good. They've lost the entire cast....yet somehow it's still really quite good. It's weird as hell but somehow they pull it off.
 
Despite my scathing comment a few posts up I still watch this show. I wish they would use their powers a bit more though. I have to say that moment with the small guy and the probation worker on the piano was pretty funny. And the lesbian scene between the pink hair girl and her imaginator was quite hot. Jess is quite hot, but then she speaks like a wannabe gangster and I get turned off lol

It seems like they're trying to build a plot but it isn't developing fast, that's not necessarily a problem but they haven't laid enough foundation of the 'big plot' to have it drawing out this slowly.

The overall quality seems to have picked up from last year though so I'm happy to continue watching it.
 
yea I was hoping for them to be super heroes by now this series..

isn't this the last series? so they probably become super heroes at the very end of the final episode after a bunch of filler nonsense.

like the latest episode was utter crap

Season 1 and 2 (particularly 2) were great and I loved it, season 3 was a real let-down and I be frank I can't arsed with 4. From the comments here I don't think i'd bother

to much jokes of a sexual nature for my taste in this series.

one of the main characters can take powers away by shagging people. (the guy who had his nob stolen last series....)
cue gay sex scenes and nob jokes

stupidly childish like they can't think of anything funny without some kind of sexual reference
