I'm presuming you're male, and typically will have more muscle than an average woman. Muscle weighs more than fat. So the fact you're similar weights but she's a few inches taller is completely plausible. I'm not saying it's correct, but I am saying it is possible.

No way is she anywhere near 18st. It's entirely feasible. Furthermore the picture isn't exactly that flattering. She's not HUGE let's be sensible here - she is overweight though - but the picture is very deceiving.
