missing hard drives

I installed my OS on my RAIDed raptors.

Then once all done, I plugged in a couple of 250gig drives for storage. Windows said they are installed and ready to go, but I can not see them? lol

What am I doing wrong?

You'll probably need to assign them drive letters and/or format them, both these tasks can be done under Disk Management (Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer Management - Disk Management).
