Missing RAM......

Not sure if i'm being a silly billy here....but in the bios i'm showing up the full 4Gb of ram but in Win XP and vista both showing 3.5Gb !!!!!!!!!!

I can see the ram in CPU-Z but under system properties etc in windows onlt getting 3.5 GB.

Have i missed something ?
