Been following this guy since the whole spider story. I'm pretty sure the e-mail exchanges are for real. Think how much crazy e-mail he must receive. He really doesn't publish that many (one every few months?) so I think he just baits people until he finds a prize nutter worth sharing

My favorite is the guy in his building having the party. You can sense the poor chap actually becoming the FFFFUUUUUUUU cartoon, right in front of your eyes
