Mitel Phone software

Howdy,

I have a Mitel 5020 IP Phone sat next to me. I see in the manual that there is some sort of software that you can use to program the buttons on it. Does anywhere know where I can get this from?

They are IP Phones that are usually controlled by a management server like the Mitel 3300 ICP. I assume you are at work and have a company that looks after it if not your IT dept?

There is no IT dept here, we do outsource to another company. But I am an ex-IT admin so I'd rather do things myself than speak to some 1st-line techie schoolkid (sorry for the generalisation!).

The great thing is no-one even knows what our management box's login details are! The boss doesn't want to pay to have them reset - she was told it would be loadsamoney to do it.

Do you have a 3300?
It should have a web interface you can control the phones with.

I don't know how to reset the login details though and you'll need them to anything. How do you add new phones if you don't have the details?
