If anybody thinks that Romney is ok, then read this article by Matt Taibbi in Rolling Stone Magazine

This article goes into how he made his money, mainly by buying companies with borrowed money and then transferring the debt to the companies, causing mass reductions in staff. If he uses his famous business skills as president, all jobs will be offshored!
The only conclusion one can draw is thet he is a ******* **** and should be in jail rather than standing for the presidency.

Funny how things go. I'm still amazed how relatively civil it's been. Democrats aren't very good at mud slinging, and it's not like they are short of material. It's a shame it will have to come to that really, but hey...
Don't worry, that's just worked out using the national opinion polls. If you analyse each swing state individually, Obama is ahead in eight out of the twelve (including six with more than a two point margin, of which Ohio is one). Obama is still on track to win, we don't have to worry too much... Yet.
EDIT: The only really worrying part is Mitt's 2.5 per cent lead in Florida.

The GOP is an atrocity waiting to happen. Maybe such an event is what's needed to change the playing field.

Romney's exactly the type of person who the Hawks want in power. Easy to control and manipulate whilst having the backing of the average American who'll find him easier to relate to than Obama. He'll be another puppet just like Bush was.
That's the entire basis of his entire campaign from what I can tell... I'v been watching the debates and all I can garner from Mitt Romney is that he promises the world without any facts of figures.
It baffles me that any Americans can be getting behind this guy...

You do realise Obama is a puppet also, who has zero substance behind anything he says or does.
Whats he achieved, he's still hailing getting out of Iraq as a win, despite Bush, let alone McCain, Hillary and EVERY OTHER CANDIDATE from either side all saying they were doing the same. Except everyone but Obama gave a sensible date Obama promised something he both didn't deliver, couldn't achieve and was impossible, still promised it repeatedly though.
Massive push to renewable energy, bull, huge healthcare reform, still waiting for that to actually really do anything, nobel peace prize, lol. Defence spending up a crapload for a guy who won a nobel peace prize for taking the same action Bush was planning..... while also promising to half the deficit..... lol
Obama's an idiot who has done nothing worthwhile in his time in office, Romney is an idiot who will do nothing worthwhile if he gets voted in, Clinton was a complete idiot, maybe the worst considering some of the stuff he got started in his time in office, Obama will be completely useless again if he gets in.
There is no difference, politics in america is dictated by the richest and the biggest/most powerful businesses, who is in charge doesn't matter.
The left and right argument and two diometrically opposed candidates is a show, to put people off the fact that it carrys on the same no matter who is in charge. Most of america(and the uk it seems) is caught up in who will be better, Obama or Romney, no one is saying, they are both puppets of big business, the entire political system in america needs MASSIVE reform so that big business can't effect the voting and outcome of just about every single worthwhile bill that goes through the system.
When any real change is dictated by votes, and votes are paid for, why does anyone care who is in the big seat where nothing actually gets done? The bigger the show, the less american's ask the really important questions, like wtf has Obama done that McCain, Romney or a third Bush might do in power?
Yet some of these people here claim he's worthy.

This is new? when was it not... Hilary was nearly bust last time. So she had to drop out and get it back for fancy dinners.

So just give up? never bother to vote. Who cares if the economy goes under but as long as Eastenders, Coronation Street, XFactor, Loose Women and Desperate Housewives are on, nobody cares.
Oh but if they have no money, then they care.... oh oops, too late. You can't deny we're in uncharted territory. Jobs still getting lost, a lot of people giving up looking for work. How is that good?
