Is it possible to do this without having problems?
I have a pair of; Seagate ST2000DL003 (5900, 2TB) and; Seagate ST2000DM001 (7200, 2TB) and I'm looking at a simple 4 port RAID controller for RAID 5. Speeds aren't really that important to me. It'll mostly be for storing my music collection and pictures.
Any recommendations for controller cards? I was looking at the Highpoint RocketRAID 640 since I have an empty PCIe 2.0 x16 I could put it in. But I also have two empty PCI slots that I could use as well.
