MKV file properties software

Trying to establish is my movies are 23.976, 50 etc etc. What software tells me this?

Go to Tools -> Codec Information

Does GSpot handle MKVs? (Haven't tried it myself, but would be curious to know)

Nope, I ended up going with Mediainfo.
