.mkv replay?

Wondering what the best program would be for HD mkv playback?
VLC stutters a lot during playback and MPC goes through the file at x4 without any sound........

MPC uses video for windows filters as well as it's own, so use that, but install CoreAVC for H.264 video decoding (the codec that most hd films use) and ac3filter for the audio decoding, add and set them to preferred inside MPCs settings.

I use Kmplayer with coreavc.

MPC-HC will play it perfectly.....just enable:

If EVR is enabled it will play using DXVA.
