MM problems.

ive been having a problem with a buyer on MM since august. i e-mailed Andy Rilot everything, i got a reply saying "thanks i will look into it" on the 15th, i e-mailed on the 20th to ask politely if he had had any luck / new info, no reply. i did so again on the 24th, no reply, again on the 27th, no reply.

i sent everything to werewolf about 8 hours ago... still waiting for an acknowledgement. just what the hell am i supposed to do? i feel like im being screwed over on MM and the people who are supposed to give a damn apparently don't.

its all well and good saying "e-mail a mod" well ive e-mailed a mod and an admin and gotten no where.

I would have to say, if you cant use mm or understand the risks involved, dont complain when a deal goes wrong

At the end of the day, the MM operates on a trust system, use at your own risk.

Best course of action will be to allow the mods more time. Then if no joy, begin contacting people who have had dealings with the rogue trader. Get an address, and evoila.

don't try to be smart, the mods are there to ensure fairness and minimise the risks and if they deem necessary deal with anyone who abuses the rules and trust of the MM, my problem is it appears i cant get their attention despite me being extremely patient.

by your logic the responsibility would be on the seller to make sure his buyer isnt a con man but if he is then tough luck as nothing will be done. idiotic.
