If this isn't allowed delete it no problem, i just had a query

Say I offered below the asking price for an item. Seller refuses it.

Less than a day later someone makes the same offer, seller accepts, they strike a deal.

Obviously first to offer asking etc the rules are it goes to them. So therefore shouldn't i have won the item?

(I am not bitching, going without a second graphics card is not a major bummer for me, just curious is all)

I would say its up the seller at the end of the day.

yep it is upto the seller, if you really want it offer asking...

BUT...what he did is not something i would do,

edit: just spotted the thread..he may have misunderstood, you offered 180 (didnt say collected or posted ?) the other guy offered 180 and stated he would collect. i guess you should have said you would collect too?
