I find it hard to believe the best "drive I've had" involves being sat in a queue of traffic.

Sounds dull to me.

Yeah, because that's what we did alllll day. WAS SO AWESOME MAN!

You really do come across badly sometimes. That photo was taken in between stages of the day. Cars split into groups of ~5, 3 stages to a day with the whole route driven multiple times in advance by the organisers and notes given to each driver (everyone has a passenger usually) so everyone could enjoy a good drive out. Each group has a trusted lead car, you do not overtake it and if the lead car spots you doing something silly you're told to go home.

I suppose you had to be there, I was just sharing. Sorry it doesn't live up to your high standards.

That makes it sound even worse, kind of like a chav's crèche. And I don't care how I come across.

Clearly Wayne Curr is your internet ego. Your well founded insight will no doubt be the basis of others, great  Clearly chavs don't go planning a country drive, so I'll take that comment as a personal insult and not a dumb misguided generalisation.

...and if you don't ?

Everyone else does. Not that anyone crossed that line as it was all pretty civilised seeing as most people were between 30-40 with kids and a respectable profession.

Anyway, enough of this bull. Completely off topic and waste of time trying to explain, you've got to be there to appreciate it.

I am glad more people are posting/voting in this thread. When I wnet to sleep last night it seemed about as popular as a free holiday to Fritzels fun house.:D

definately not easter sunday.

Too many family commitments etc.. over easter. Weekend after would be much better for me.

In our family its always been an ocassion when we got together to have a family dinner together, inviting grandparents and suchlike.

I can't do the 4th as I'll be in London that weekend :(

The 11th should be OK though :)

I cant believe the amount of people that do something over easter.

I know what you mean, I've never paid much attention to Easter, however I really don't know if I will go, I'll be at the Southern meet just prior to this, I suppose it really depends on how far this meet is from me and weather I am doing anything else.

I haven't voted because when doesn't make as much difference as where, so close to the other meet.
