Went to a cash and carry called H+H and it was the dodgiest establishment ever,
I had to check the expiry date of every single thing I bought as most of it was off!!
Some stuff was seriously cheap though

Polos - 10 for 99p
20 pack of mentos - 99p
24 cans of pepsi for 3.80, half of the warehouse was the "reduced" section with stuff selling a couple of months past the sell by for silly prices i.e 6 bottles of tango for 99p or 24 bottles of mango tango for 99p.

48 packs of doritos for 99p! :eek:

Anyone else been to H+H?

a lot of places sell things that are *nearly* out of date dont they? I always thought thats why it was so cheap.

Are they for businesses only or something, never known of any around here but they sure sound like a bloody bargin, and i'm sure would'e been useful in my student days

they are big warehouse type things full of food stuffs, mainly for retail
