I upgraded to Virgin 50Mb last week and everything has been absolutely fine. I have played BC2 online and everything is fine.
However, I tried to log in to my Lord of the Rings Online account yesterday and it seems to crash my connection. I can open the client and it updated and let me view my character data so I know it can communicate with their servers. When I clicked enter game to load the game client it freezes on loading for about 3 minutes. It eventually lets me into the game but there are no other players and I can't move. This only happened before when the connection to their server was lost.
I exited out of the game and was then not able to access the internet at all without resetting the superhub. This happens every time and every time I have to reset so I assume it is an issue with the new hub as everything was ok before?
Has anyone got any ideas how to resolve this? Would be much appreciated!
