Hey im thinking of joining up to Warhammer online when it comes out to try out a fresh new mmo with no one being better then me and because it looks like it kicks ass :p

But i have some questions:

1)In games such aas wow and age of camalot, do you need to pay a subscription per account?

If so does this mean i cant have like 3 differnt characters without playing 3x as much? I hope not!

2) What sort of monthly subscription costs would you expect, i presume they are all roughly the same.

3) What happens when you die? I know warhammer online is heavly RVR and PVP so does this mean when i die i wont lose all my items?

4)If so then how do i get new items? Do you think beasts will drop them or will it be all from shops?

5) Does anyone know if it will have as many skills as wow, i love games with lots of skills to learn and make money from. Im a money hore really and would love to train up some levels to make lots of money.

6) How long do you recon they would keep the limit at level 40 for?

7) In warhammer online it seems a lot of people are all sayign they want to go for the same charactors, surely this is going to really screw up the system with very lopsided teams and to many of one class. Do you think they will impose restrictions? i think that would totaly ruin the game.

thanks, i know some of these may not be able to be answered but im looking for views and opinions from those who have had a lot of experiance and can probably gues at least.

thanks sounsd good :)

You say it depends on what server, do you mean i haev to make an account on a server and stick with it?

The crafting cant be worse then runescape and by the time id reached level 80 i was on about 20 million gold. I really am a money hore lol.

The best thing about these games is there is always somthing which will always be needed. If for instance mages need runes then just level that up to the highest level you can and then your sitting on a gold mine, every mage will always need runes and if you can make the best then your loaded.

There has to be somthing like this in ever rpg id imagin, there must be somthing in wow which is a gold mine if you level it high enough?

I think that will be my plan, level up but at the same time find something worth a lot and put a lot of time into it. Then i can get the best gear first :)

Could it be possible that i could pick a bad server that lags?

have any of you guys desided what race you would wana play in WAR, if you are gona play it that is.

My first character i want to be a tank but i dont know which one. Black guard seems really cool but everyone wants to be thema nd they are against the high elfs with serposidly 3 casters and 1 pure meele(sp?) Of corse only 1 of the casters will be pure, still thats a lot of anti tank power lol.

I was thinking perhaps the chaos tank "chosen" that looks really cool. So does the human one in a way but i dont really like the suns.

Dont really like the greenskins or dwarfs and i dont tlike the idea of the sword master.

For my second character im not sure, perhaps a hibrid or a mage but which one to choose!!

Also im still wondering whats gona happen when one faction gets more people then the other and signigficantly overpowers the other. its gota happen some time surely. I know ther will be probably millions playing but like the dark elfs and chaos seem realllyyyy popular compared to the humans and high elfs, i thnik there could be uneven teams there.

what is DAOC? I hear a lot about it but not suer what it is really.

In mmo's like wow are mages normaly the most powerful and is exp given on damage or kills because i always thought mages to be the most powerful who sit behind the heavy sword players grinding away and deal the main damage and take the kills.

thanks guys. When you say groups what do you mean exacly? I mean how do you tell the game taht you are a group to share exp, is it just if you are in a big huddle you count as a group?

Also i read now taht guilds can control "forts" in the game. Surely this would mean a few guilds could take up all the power early on in the game?

Also, if there are potions then surely mages can have a lot more mana due to mana restor potions which would either make them very over powered later on when they can afford top quality ones, or really underpowered at the start because they lack the mana potions.

cantn stand being short changed and id soon be out of there if i was lol.

MM looking at these class's i raelly liked the idea of the choosen but people saying they are tanks and will be to slow to kill people annd get destroyed by the mages.
